Ir. Tjok Oka Artha Ardhana Sukawati, M.Si (Cok Ace) is a familiar and respectable figure in Bali for his various activities in the areas of organisation, academics and art - culture. His positive attitude and high quality commitment toward cultural conservation have encouraged Lembaga Dewan Pendekar "Bakti Negara" to entrust him with the leadership and management of "Bakti Negara" Bali for the periode 0f 2006 - 2011.

As for Cok Ace, this is a kind of devotion and he accepts this mandate with a positive attitude, it is a devotion to lead the performance of "Bakti Negara" Bali, he serve as

a devotion to advance and conserve Pencak Silat "Bakti Negara" , which is undeniable our national cultural heritage, and this new incumbency is also a forum to foster relationship and make friends.

In his leadership term, he has brought about a new fresh and positive atmosphere in the management of "Bakti Negara" for the future, by holding Krty Ghosana ( a working conference) on 15th July 2006 at The Royal Pitamaha, Ubud and involving leaders of "Bakti Negara', representatives of Lembaga Dewan Pendekar from branch leaders troughout Bali. They have deliberated and come up with several working programs. They agreed on the working programs to serve as a reference for the leaders of "Bakti Negara" under his leadership to carry out the task.

Out of the programs deliberated and agreed in the conference in 2006, he along with his co leaders at "Bakti Negara" in Bali has managed to hold an upgrading for trainer and judge/refree, grading (danur dara), Guvernor's Cup Championship and he has also launched successfully a book of the foundation techniques of "Bakti Negara" in commemorating the 52nd Aniversarry day, 31st January 2007. It is really hoped that this book can rander a great contribution for the development and enhancement of performance of "Bakti Negara" in the future.
